What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and emphasises the flow of energy (Qi) through meridians in the body. Blockages or imbalances in Qi are believed to cause physical or emotional discomfort and Shiatsu aims to restore balance to promote overall wellbeing.
